Judy was admitted to Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe, requiring assistance with daily activities, ambulation, and transfers due to strength and endurance issues. Engaging in occupational and physical therapy, Judy focused on enhancing her independence for a safe return to her community. In physical therapy, Judy targeted balance improvement, short-distance ambulation with a walker, and enhancing lower body strength for transfers. Additionally, occupational therapy sessions aimed to enhance her ability to carry out daily activities. With dedication and effort, Judy achieved newfound independence and successfully returned to her community. Congratulations to Judy and her Care Team on their success!
