Welcome to Holy Family Child Care/Majestic Child Care of Crown Point, LLC! We are a developmental childcare that is designed, staffed and equipped to meet the basic needs of children from infancy through twelve years of age.
In accepting the responsibility for young children, we also acknowledge an obligation to share with parents in guiding the child’s spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, & physical development. The Care Team members recognize the importance of promoting a healthy, positive self-concept. The child’s feelings about themselves influence their success now & in the future. Above all else, we are committed to the well-being of the child and are dedicated to a program that fosters and promotes this goal.
Paths to QUALITY™ is Indiana’s Child Care Quality Rating and Improvement System. Holy Family Child Care is proud to be operating above minimum standards (level 3) set forth by the state of Indiana. Paths to QUALITY™ gives families an easy to recognize tool for selecting a child care program. Families can look for the Paths to QUALITY™ logo to determine what level their provider has achieved. Each level builds on the foundation of the previous one, resulting in significant quality improvements at each stage and in national accreditation at the highest level. The system validates child care programs for ongoing efforts to achieve higher standards of quality and provides incentives and awards for success.
Quality Rating and Improvement Systems assess the quality of care within a program, work to improve that quality level, and give families an easy to recognize symbol that makes the difficult decision of choosing child care easier. These systems also provide an accountability measure for funding and create an alignment between licensing, subsidy and quality across child care, Head Start and the Department of Education’s early learning guidelines.

J.O.Y. Program
Holy Family Child Care’s JOY program stands for Joining Old and Young. JOY is an intergenerational program where the children of Holy Family Child Care and the residents of Saint Anthony’s skilled nursing and assisted living get together to do fun activities and spend time together.
