Majestic Care of Connersville is excited to share resident Beth Gabbard’s Success Story!
Beth Gabbard, a 62-year-old resident of Dublin, Indiana, was admitted to Reid Hospital after a fall at home on February 15, 2025, and later transferred to Majestic Care of Connersville for rehabilitation. During her stay, Beth received Occupational and Physical therapy to help regain her strength and independence.
Upon evaluation, Beth needed moderate assistance for transfers, bathing, dressing, and walking short distances with a rolling walker. After approximately 5 weeks of dedicated therapy, Beth made remarkable progress. By March 27, 2025, she was able to discharge home independently, confidently completing all mobility and bathing tasks with or without assistive devices.
Beth’s determination and hard work were key to her success, and Majestic Care of Connersville and Reliant Rehabilitation are grateful to have been a part of her recovery journey. As Beth said, “I believe that therapy has helped me more than anything to gain my strength and independence back.” We wish her all the best as she returns to her community!
