Clarence Wagner admitted to Majestic care of Goshen earlier this month. He came to us from his assisted living facility due to needing a short-term rehab stay. With the help of Reliant Rehabilitation and our rockstar Care Team members, Clarence is now able to return home to his Assisted Living apartment!
