Melissa was admitted to Majestic Care of Newburgh after a fall at home led to hospitalization. During her initial therapy evaluations, she required increased assistance with functional transfers, self-care tasks, and mobility due to decreased activity tolerance, strength, standing tolerance, and balance. Determined to return home to her family, Melissa worked diligently with her therapists every day. She spoke highly of the therapy she received and expressed deep appreciation for the support and knowledge she gained during her stay. Thanks to the expertise of her therapy team and Melissa’s consistent effort, she was able to return home with newfound independence! Congratulations to Melissa and her Care Team on their success!
